MindsetYour mindset underpins the efforts we're able to put forth in the other keys to our fitness. Some aspects of mindset are under our direct control and others are not. It takes a change in mindset to decide to make changes in your health and fitness or hire a personal trainer to help you. You can improve your mindset through setting sustainable goals, organizing and planning ahead, surrounding yourself with others that support your endeavors, or even journaling and meditation. Hi Reader,This weekend we were all robbed an hour of sleep and promised extra sunlight would make up for it. Maybe it will eventually, but not right away. Sleep is incredibly important to our health and fitness.
